Emmerman-Josephs Scholarship

L1Dr. Judith Josephs (right), a Lynn resident and professor at the Salem State Graduate School of Counseling, is pictured with President Patricia Maguire Meservey and student Panayota Tzortzis, who was the recipient of the Emmerman-Josephs Award at the Scholarship Recognition
reception at the Danversport Yacht Club. The award is named in memory of Dr. Joseph’s parents, Irvin and Frances Emmerman. Dr. Josephs was a co-operative counselor at Lynn Tech for 43 years before retiring in 2006.
