We offer our congratulations to the Lynn Area Chamber of Commerce on hosting the 2014 Annual Meeting and Business Excellence Awards Dinner last Thursday evening at Spinelli’s in Lynnfield.
It was an outstanding event and showcased the city of Lynn at its finest. All the honorees and nominees deserve plaudits for their efforts in the past year.
We were particularly pleased to see Matt O’Neil, widely recognized as one of the finest chefs and restaurateurs in the state of Massachusetts, received the prestigious Business Person of the Year Award.
Matt made a major investment in bringing his business and culinary excellence to this city and it has been a delight to watch The Blue Ox become as popular and as well received as it has by Lynn and area residents. The Blue Ox’s success has inspired other restaurants to open in our city.
