The Lynn Area Chamber of Commerce, representing the business communities of Lynn, Lynnfield, Nahant and Swampscott will host the annual “Mayor’s Address to the LACC” on Friday, June 27th at the Porthole Restaurant, 98 The Lynnway, with registration, networking and breakfast beginning at 7:30am followed by the formal program from 8:00am – 9:00am. Doors open at 7:15am.
Mayor Judith Flanagan Kennedy is set to present accomplishments of the past year and highlight her program of work for the coming year. There will be a question and answer period at the end of her presentation.
“Lynn is buzzing with economic initiatives and Lynn’s success is everyone’s success.,” says LACC president/CEO Leslie Gould. “New restaurants are opening, old buildings and vacant lots are being redeveloped, the Lynn Ferry is seeing success and Lynn has a new Arts and Cultural Director. These are just a few examples of many positive initiatives happening right now leading the way for further growth and opportunity. Improved zoning, parking, signage and permitting are continuous and top priorities of the LACC agenda.”

Tickets are $25 for chamber members, $30 for future members and includes a fill buffet breakfast. Payment required at the door with cash, check or credit card. There is no invoicing for this event.
